Shipping Policy
Cost, Delivery Time and Methods
All EVA mats are custom-made specifically for the indicated car model. Each order goes through the preparation, production, and shipping process.
The order fulfillment time consists of two stages:
- Production time – which is counted from the moment we receive all necessary information and payment is registered,
- Delivery time by the carrier – which starts after the shipment is sent and depends on the chosen delivery method and the courier company.
For international orders, please note that all shipments are subject to export restrictions and customs regulations. Additional customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This means that the total waiting time for an order includes both the product preparation and production process, as well as the time required for delivery. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs procedures and destination country. We recommend customers check with local authorities for specific import regulations and costs before placing an order.
Production Time
The standard order processing time is 14 business days, counted from the moment:
- We receive all necessary information to process the order (e.g., vehicle floor photos, if required),
- The payment is registered (in the case of a bank transfer or online payment),
- The order is confirmed (in the case of cash on delivery after prepayment).
We make every effort to ensure production is completed as quickly as possible. During periods of increased orders (season, promotions, holidays), the processing time may be slightly extended.
Express and Premium Production
For Customers who need their order faster, we offer paid priority production options:
- 🟢 Standard – 14 business days (default)
- 🟠 Express – 7 business days (additional fee applies)
- 🔴 Premium – 3 business days (additional fee applies)
Priority production option can be selected at checkout when choosing the delivery method.
Delivery Methods
European Union Deliveries
For European Union deliveries, we use reliable international courier services to ensure smooth delivery to most EU countries:
- DPD International
- GLS
- UPS
International Deliveries (Outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, we use international courier services such as DPD International, UPS, or DHL Express, depending on the destination. Available delivery methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Poland Deliveries
Orders within Poland are fulfilled through trusted courier companies:
- InPost Courier
- DPD Courier
Available delivery methods will be visible during checkout in the shopping cart.
Carrier Delivery Time
After production is complete and the shipment is sent, the standard delivery time is approximately:
- Within Poland: 1–3 business days for courier shipments (DPD, InPost Courier)
- European Union orders: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and courier company
- UK / Switzerland / Norway: 4–7 business days
- North America (US, Canada): 7–14 business days
- Other European non-EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 10–21 business days
For international orders outside of the EU, delivery times may vary and are dependent on the destination country and customs clearance.
The provided times are approximate and depend on the courier's operations.
Important Delivery Information
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the Seller's control, such as:
- Increased load on courier companies (e.g., during holidays, sales, or special promotions),
- Weather conditions,
- Public holidays,
- Logistical difficulties with the carrier or customs for international deliveries.
EVAMATS is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or other external factors. However, we are always ready to assist in monitoring the shipment.
Receiving the Shipment
When receiving the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging. If you notice any damage, please:
- Fill out a damage report in the presence of the courier (in case of courier delivery),
- Take photos of the damage,

Export and Shipping Restrictions (for International Orders)
Please be aware that international orders are subject to export and shipping restrictions. We comply with all relevant international trade laws and regulations, ensuring that products can only be shipped to countries where such shipments are permitted.
We do not currently ship to: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and other sanctioned countries. The list may be updated based on EU/UN sanctions regulations.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any other import charges may apply. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout or upon arrival in the destination country.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing time. Customs clearance and potential delays in international shipping are beyond our control. We recommend that customers check with local authorities for specific import regulations and costs before placing an order.
EVAMATS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier companies once the shipment has left our warehouse. We are, however, available to assist you with tracking the shipment.

- Cash on delivery (available in selected countries after prepayment and address verification).

Traditional bank transfer to the Seller's account
- For electronic payments (point 1.2), the Customer must make payment before the order fulfillment begins.
- For cash on delivery payments (point 1.3), the shipment will be sent after the prepayment is made by the Customer and the delivery address is verified. The remaining amount is due to the courier.
- The Customer is obliged to pay the Price under the Sales Agreement within 5 business days from the date of its conclusion (extended to 7 business days for international bank transfers from outside the SEPA area), unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise.
- The product will be sent only after the funds have been received (bank transfer, online payment) or after the prepayment is made (in the case of cash on delivery).
Customers from non-EU/non-SEPA countries are recommended to use online payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal) to avoid international bank transfer fees and delays.
La couleur précise est un art, pas une science !
Nous essayons de reproduire les couleurs de nos matériaux aussi fidèlement que possible. Cependant, il convient de prendre en compte quelques faits scientifiques et techniques qui peuvent affecter les différences de teintes :
Spécificités de l'écran.
Chaque écran (téléphone, tablette, moniteur) a ses propres réglages de couleur, qui dépendent de la technologie d'affichage, de la luminosité, du contraste et de la température de couleur. Tout cela affecte la perception des couleurs. Par exemple, les écrans OLED affichent les couleurs plus intensément que les écrans LCD.
Éclairage et environnement.
Les couleurs sont perçues différemment selon le type d'éclairage (naturel ou artificiel) et son intensité. Par exemple, à la lumière du jour, la teinte peut sembler plus lumineuse que sous la lumière d'une lampe.
Matériaux et leur structure.
Le matériau EVA dont nos tapis sont fabriqués a une texture et un relief uniques. Cela peut provoquer des effets optiques supplémentaires, rendant la couleur différente selon les angles de vue.
